How our day will go depends on how we wake up, if we get most out from the day then it can be considered a good day. Generally there are four types of waking up habit based on how we start the day. And that contributes to having a good day, bad day or normal day. Ideally all of us would like to have a good day rather than bad or normal days. Let’s look at these four possible categories.

1. Sleepers

The one who schedule an alarm but when alarm rings, generally there is no response from them. Apart from him/her everyone may get disturbed but this type of person will not :). This first type of person are called the sleepers.

2. Snoozers

The next type of person are the one who schedule alarm but they snooze the alarm to wake up 5 minutes later and this process goes up to 4-5 times and then they wake up. This type of person are called the snoozers.

3. Fallers

The next type of person are the one who schedule alarm and when it rings they wake up but they stop the alarm and then sleep again. This type of person are called the fallers.

4. Wakers

The next and the last type of person are the one who schedule alarm and wake up and leave from the bed. Since they are always active from the time when they wake up, they tend to get most out of the day. This type of person are called the waker.

Here I have presented them with alarming habits, where alarm can be replaced with personal instinct if you rely on them to wake up. There are peoples who wake up naturally and they don’t need alarm to start their day, they belongs to the wakers category because they follow their instinct.
